The company is a registered partnership firm, which is led by highly experienced and qualified partners- Mr. N. Loganathan (MD), Mr. R. Prabhakar Rao and Mr. Msakthwel.

Registration
The firm has duly been registered under the provisions of the Indian Partnership Act and Regulations framed there under. The regular registration under the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act and Central Sales Tax Act have been complied with and renewal for 2007-2008 has also been completed. We have also registered ourselves under the Central Excise Regulations to avail MODVAT facilities. Our company has certificate to import and export for all kinds of bearings.
Technical Expertise
Adequate experience and technical expertise in the manufacturing process and applications of relevant types of bearings have enabled us to supply all types of bearings required by customers round the clock. This is the main reason that our bearing products are best suited to each and every requirement of clients.
Infrastructure
Besides the strength of human resources, the office is well equipped with four telephone lines, fax machine, four mobile phones with intercity link facilities so as to cater to outstation customers with our round the clock services. We are planning to expand our business horizons by embarking on more marketing outlets in the country.

The banking operations are controlled and operated under the direct supervision of the Managing Partner and our bankers - Canara Bank, Broadway Branch, Chennai - 600 001, wherein arrangements for adequate credit facilities have been made and as the volume increases the enhancement of the credit facilities will duly be considered in tandem of the same.

Operations
The operations of the firm is taking place under the guidance, overall supervision and control of Mr. N. Loganathan and the operations have been departmentalized into General, Marketing, Personnel and Accounts.
The Manager-Operations have been delegated with adequate powers to take care of routine office work, procurement of materials, dispatches, and correspondence and interfacing with all departments for effecting perfect coordination with direct reporting to the Managing Partner for review and further action.
The Marketing department is backed by three sales executives with requisite qualifications - specialization in the field of mechanical engineering and having trained up in the field of marketing and technical expertise as required to interact with the customers.
The Accounts department is fully computerized and is proved with one executive to take care of all operations related thereto. All operations related to the firm as a whole, in order to gain professional touch, are under constant opportunities for our sustainable growth.
